LEAP

We think of Mainstream Living as a place where employees can find their purpose and passion. Part of that comes through growth and development opportunities. LEAP is an internal leadership program that takes place over the course of five months. Participants of LEAP explore resources for their professional life and beyond—through presentations on topics and creative problem solving opportunities. Participants also make connections with internal and community leaders, create and develop goals and collaborate with peers, all while receiving support from a designated mentor.
